At Energy Healing Products (EHP), we want you to be fully satisfied with your Rudraksha, Crystals, Yantras, Healing Oils & Sprays, and other spiritual products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories.
- The item is not from our non-returnable category (see Section 2 below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sacred and personal-use nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:
- Healing Oils & Sprays (once opened or seal broken)
- Energized/blessed items that have been used or worn
- Products marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the number below.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Call or WhatsApp us, or use the Help Center on our website, quoting your order number.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
If you'd like a different variant, size, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will assist you with a direct exchange where possible.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return upon delivery as per this policy.

8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), EHP will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind (where applicable), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
