We currently ship all orders via India Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking/consignment number, which you can use to track your shipment on the official India Post website.
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If you are located in a remote or restricted area, please contact our support team to confirm serviceability before placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your package directly on the India Post tracking portal using this number.
While we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, occasional delays may occur due to reasons attributable to the courier service. Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery, or accept it and immediately contact our support team with photographic evidence within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can assist you further.
